We want you to love your Pretty Lavish pieces, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are unworn, in their original condition, and with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the return form is included inside the parcel to help our team identify your order.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10-14 business days.
