We offer standard and next-day delivery options. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while express orders placed before 2 PM GMT are delivered the following day. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 28 days of purchase, provided the items are unworn, have all original tags attached, and are in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings and face masks cannot be returned.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a unique tracking number and a link to the courier's website so you can monitor your delivery's progress.
